Spicy Chicken


Ingredients -
  • Whole chicken - 1 
  • Onion - 1 medium size
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 Spoons 
  • Tomato - 11/2 medium sized
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 Stems
  • Spice Masala 
  • Cardamom - 3
  • Cloves - 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
  • Oil - 4 Spoons

Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
  • Cut the whole chicken into small pieces.
  • Cut down the tomatoes, Onions and coriander leaves.
Step 2:
  • Put 4 Spoons of oil in the pan, add to oil.
  • Add the cardamom, cloves to the oil, fry them and then add onions. 
  • Now add ginger garlic paste.
  • Once Onions turned light brown, then add the chicken to the pan.
  • After chicken is cooked, then add salt, spice masala and Paprika to taste.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes and Switch off the stove, add coriander to the curry and stir it well.
  • Tasty and spicy chicken ready! and it goes well with Rice and Roti.
