Ingredients -
- Whole chicken - 1
- Onion - 1 medium size
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 Spoons
- Tomato - 11/2 medium sized
- Coriander Leaves - 3 Stems
- Spice Masala
- Cardamom - 3
- Cloves - 3
- Salt to taste
- Paprika
- Oil - 4 Spoons
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
- Cut the whole chicken into small pieces.
- Cut down the tomatoes, Onions and coriander leaves.
Step 2:
- Put 4 Spoons of oil in the pan, add to oil.
- Add the cardamom, cloves to the oil, fry them and then add onions.
- Now add ginger garlic paste.
- Once Onions turned light brown, then add the chicken to the pan.
- After chicken is cooked, then add salt, spice masala and Paprika to taste.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and Switch off the stove, add coriander to the curry and stir it well.
- Tasty and spicy chicken ready! and it goes well with Rice and Roti.
