Ginger Garlic paste

Instructions to make Ginger Garlic paste -

  • For a good flavored dish, always Ginger to Garlic ratio should be 1:2. So if we put one quantity of ginger, then garlic should be twice the amount of ginger, i.e two quantities of garlic.
  • Peal the skin of the ginger and garlic, cut ginger into medium sized pieces and we can leave the garlic cloves as such.
  • Put them in the blender. Crush and use it in the curries.
  • While blending, put some salt and turmeric powder, to save it for longer.
  • Refrigerate the mixture in a glass container.
