Ginger Buttermilk

Ingredients -

  • Ginger
  • Yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice
  • water

Cooking Directions -

Step 1:
  • Yogurt and water, together makes the buttermilk. So to get the good texture of the buttermilk its always good to beat the yogurt thoroughly and then add water to it and mix it up.
  • Cut the ginger into very very tiny pieces. I say as tiny as possible.

 Step 2:
  • In a Blender, put the Buttermilk, salt, ice and ginger.
  • Blend it and serve it.
  • Best drink to moderate your body temperatures.
