Vegetable rice


This is one wonderful recipe. It will be very surprising how well the rice came out.

 

Ingredients -
  • Basmati rice - This is the best rice for rice Recipes and Biryani's
  • Butter - 3 table spoons
  • Mixed vegetables - carrot, corn, peas
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • MDH Vegetable Pulav masala - 2 spoons
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
  • For 3 cups of rice, I have used 4 1/2 cups of water. Also if rice is cooked in the "Rice cooker", it comes so perfect.
Step 2:

  • Put the butter in the pan and add cashews, vegetables, salt, MDH vegetable pulav masala.
  • Fry it for about 8 to 10 mins and after the vegetables are halfway cooked then add basmatic rice.
  • Mix the rice and vegetables gently and Fry the rice for about 2 mins and switch off the stove.
  • Now cook the rice and vegetables together in the rice cooker with the water added.
  • Yummy vegetable pulav is ready!
