Pancakes Receipe

Ingredients -
  • All purpose flour - 11/2 Cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Salt - 2 Pinches
  • Sugar - 2 Spoons
  • Olive oil - 1 or 2 Spoons
  • Baking soda - 1 Spoon
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
  • Mix the egg, milk, all purpose flour, sugar, olive oil, salt, baking soda altogether in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • Mix it pretty well, look for some bubbles on the top of the mixture, these bubbles occurs due to the baking soda. More bubbles More better. If we didnt see bubbles, that means the baking soda is so old.
  • Dont mix water anywhere during the process, mix milk or egg if necessary.
Step 2:
  • After 10 to 15 mins later, heat the pan and pour the small amounts of pancake solution.
  • It just takes the round shape by itself, thats amazing to me. you also see the pancake bulging out, thats so cool to watch. once u see the bottom turning little brown, turn pancake to the other side.
  • Perfect pancakes I have ever made.
  • Serve them with maple syrup, if u dont have maple syrup then any honey will be good with that.
