Vegetable Corn Soup receipe



Ingredients -

  • Corn flour - 2 Spoons
  • Sugar - 1/2 spoon 
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn - 1
  • Carrots - 11/2
  • Red/Black Beans - Canned or Cooked
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Vinegar
  • Soya Sauce
  • Butter - 1 Spoon
  • Starch from vegetables

Cooking Directions -
Step 1:

  • Starch is one important ingredient for a tasty soup, either buy starch from the store or make your own starch.This is how I do the starch, cook the vegetables like corn, carrot, beans all in the same cooker.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked then Keep the remaining water to use as starch.
  • Add salt to the vegetables in the cooker, While cooking the vegetables for a good taste.
  • Mix the corn in the blender half through, So that corn mixes up thoroughly in the soup.
  • Cut the green chillies into small pieces and marinate them in the 3 spoons of vinegar. Once marinated, take out the chillies and use the vinegar.

Step 2:

  • In a pan, Put the butter and once butter is melted then add cooked beans, carrots and cooked & blended corn.
  • Add the starch water, cook them for about 4 mins and add salt, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce to the liquid, add more water if necessaty.
  • Now add 2 spoons of corn flour. Always add corn slowly in small amounts, so that we don't end up adding more.
  • Boil the whole thing and once the soup came to the boiling point, switch off the stove and serve.
  • Eat it with toasted bread for dinner.
