Ingredients -
- Chicken Breasts -3
- cumin powder - 1/2 Spoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 Spoon
- Spice Masala - 1/2 Spoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Spoons
- Curd - 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder/Paprika
- Parsley - 4 to 5 Leaves or parsley powder - 1/4 spoon
- Oil - 1Spoon
- Butter - 1 Spoon
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
- Mix all the ingredients above in a bowl and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour.
Step 2:
- After one hour, In the baking pan, put the Aluminum foil and apply 1/2 spoon of oil so that the chicken wont stick to the foil.
- Bake the chicken at 530F for 5to 7 mins and turn it down to 450F for about 12 to 15 mins.
- Spray some parsley powder on the chicken and serve.
- Also Chickpea rice and cooked Veggies adds good taste to the dish.
- This is one good healthy and tasty meal for your dinner.
