Chicken Breast







Ingredients -
  • Chicken Breasts -3
  • cumin powder - 1/2 Spoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 Spoon
  • Spice Masala - 1/2 Spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Spoons
  • Curd - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder/Paprika
  • Parsley - 4 to 5 Leaves or parsley powder - 1/4 spoon
  • Oil - 1Spoon
  • Butter - 1 Spoon

Cooking Directions -

Step 1:

  • Mix all the ingredients above in a bowl and marinate the chicken for about 1 hour.
Step 2:
  • After one hour, In the baking pan, put the Aluminum foil and apply 1/2 spoon of oil so that the chicken wont stick to the foil.
  • Bake the chicken at 530F for 5to 7 mins and turn it down to 450F for about 12 to 15 mins. 
  • Spray some parsley powder on the chicken and serve.
  • Also Chickpea rice and cooked Veggies adds good taste to the dish.
  • This is one good healthy and tasty meal for your dinner.
