Prawn Curry



Ingredients -
  • Shrimp - 20 shrimp pieces
  • Onion - 1/2 medium size
  • Garlic Paste - 3 Cloves 
  • Sliced Ginger - Half Spoon
  • Tomato Paste - 1 Tomato
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 Spoon
  • Spice Masala 
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika
  • Oil - 2 Spoons

Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
  • Put 20 pieces of Roundy's small cooked shrimp in warm waterto defroze them.
  • Grind the tomato, 3 Cloves to paste.
  • Sliced the ginger into small pieces and cut the onions diced and long.
Step 2:
  • Put 2 Spoons of oil in the pan, add Cumin seeds to oil.
  • Add the onions and then put shrimp after a min.
  • Once shrimp is Half way fried, add tomato Garlic paste.
  • Add salt and Paprika to taste, add Spice Masala and ginger pieces for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Switch off the stove and add coriander to the curry and stir it well.
  • and it ready! Yummy! Eat with Rice/Roti/Bread.
