Ingredients -
- Onions - 1/2 medium size
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Sliced Mushrooms - 15 to 20
- Oil - 2 Spoons
- Sliced Sausages - 2
- Paprika
- Salt to taste
- Spice masala
- Cumin seeds
- 7 mins to cook
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
- Slice the Chicken/Turkey sausages, Onions, Mushrooms into pieces. Paste the Garlic cloves.
- Put 2 Spoons of oil in the pan, add Cumin seeds to oil.
- Add the onions and then put sausage after a min. let them fried together.
- Now add Garlic and Mushrooms and add paprika, salt to the taste.
- Add Spice Masala.
- Switch off the stove and add coriander to the curry and stir it well.
- Yum Yum Yum, Eat with Rice/Bread.
