Mushroom Sausage Saut'e


Ingredients -
  • Onions - 1/2 medium size
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Sliced Mushrooms - 15 to 20
  • Oil - 2 Spoons
  • Sliced Sausages - 2
  • Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Spice masala
  • Cumin seeds
  • 7 mins to cook
Cooking Directions -
Step 1:
  • Slice the Chicken/Turkey sausages, Onions, Mushrooms into pieces. Paste the Garlic cloves.
Step 2:
  • Put 2 Spoons of oil in the pan, add Cumin seeds to oil.
  • Add the onions and then put sausage after a min. let them fried together.
  • Now add Garlic and Mushrooms and add paprika, salt to the taste.
  • Add Spice Masala.
  • Switch off the stove and add coriander to the curry and stir it well.
  • Yum Yum Yum, Eat with Rice/Bread.
