Indian Rotisserie Chicken

  • This is the whole chicken I generally use or you can get any whole chicken from the grocery store.
This is how the chicken looks before defrost. Peel the skin if you dont like or for healthy diet. So if it is frozen, then place it in the microwave to defrost the chicken for about 14 mins, 7 mins on one side and another 7 mins on the other side. Some Microwaves will automatically detect the weight of the chicken and assigns the defrost time.

  • After the chicken is defrosted, apply the prepared solution on all over it.

Bake it for about 15 mins and turn it over and bake it for another 15 to 20 mins at 500F
